It's policy

I do not negotiate with terrorists, it's policy. Regardless of my policy the girl child *aka* the terrorist frequently tries to negotiate, about everything. She even does it in her mostly asleep state.

It went something like this- at 3 am:

"mom can I get in your bed?"

"no-you can lay in your little bed"

"it's cold in my little bed"

"cover up- you'll be warm soon"

"I'll lay in my little bed if you lay down with me"

Even in her sleep she tries to (in her terms) agotiate

and I do not negotiate with terrorists- it's policy.
