the image says it all

You know what I love? I love it when I have an idea for a really great blog post buzzing around in my little head and somehow I can get it from my brain matter parts to my arm parts and out my fingerly parts.

Lately though, I'll have a great idea, start writing- only to have it vaporize in my head before it can get to my fingerly parts. I really hate that, cause then I'm stuck with a so-so post, then as soon as I push publish I think of some far better and funnier way that I could have phrased something. Then it's all I think about at night when my brainly parts should be shutting off. Why do I do this? I don't know either.

How do you people make your fabulous posts so polished and eloquent? It eludes me like cruel game of hide and seek. BAH!

  1. I know what you mean, Jess. It takes a lot of thought and revision before I'm satisfied with my posts, and i usually don't have that much time to spare.

Sometimes I've even gone back and revised a post after it's published because it starts bothering me in retrospect. How's that for craziness?

    =)

  2. You know what happens to me? The posts I think are really good get hardly any comments. And the ones I think are rushed and so-so get a huge response. I haven't been able to figure it out either. But I do like all of your posts. You're so genuine and real.

  3. I agree with both Sue and Karen, but then you were probably not talking about my highlypolishedmachineofablog now were you...
    I love your stuff!
Especially your comments. Your comment on my post about everyone being able to use the toity at the same time made me snort my crystal light.
Sorry I haven't been around more--but if you'd come on over here and help me pack I'd have more time to comment on your blog....just sayin...
